Do you offer lockers? Where can I rent one?
We don’t offer lockers. Instead, we provide a free coat check. You’ll receive a bag for your belongings, which our staff will store safely for you. You can access your items anytime during the event—please keep your claim tag safe.
Is there a fee for the coat check?
No. The coat check is free of charge.
Can I access my coat check during the event?
Yes—anytime, and it’s still free.

Do I pay cash at the bars?
You’ll receive a consumption card when you enter. All drinks are recorded on it. You pay your total when you leave.
What if my consumption card is full?
You can settle your balance and receive a new card at the bars in the main hall, the outdoor bar, or at the exit checkout.
What if I lose my consumption card?
First, check carefully—most cards turn up. Ask at the Information Hut if one was found. It helps if you still have your coat check tag, as the number may be linked to your consumption card. If the card can’t be found, we must assume it was fully used—Essigfabrik (the venue operator) will issue a replacement card for €40.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. At both entry and exit you can pay with common debit/credit cards. Terminals also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How does the Best Of Cologne shopping voucher work for VIP+ tickets?
Shop at Best Of Cologne between 1 May 2026 and 5 July 2026:
- Spend €100+ → receive a €15 voucher for your next purchase
- Spend €400+ → receive a €75 voucher for your next purchase
You can receive only one voucher per customer (one-time only) during the promotion period. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and not valid for ticket purchases. Please bring your ticket so we can register it.
What can I expect at the Best Of Cologne Welcome Lounge (3 July 2026)?
The Welcome Lounge is exclusive at Best Of Cologne. Expect music by one of our DJs, hosting by Mr Riegillio, and drinks on us. It’s a great chance to network, browse the store, and meet Klaus in person. From 20:45, shuttles will take you to Essigfabrik, where you’ll be welcomed at a dedicated entrance by our hosts.
I won’t use the shuttle—where do I go at Essigfabrik?
Use the VIP+ entrance at the front of the main entrance area—clearly marked with VIP+ and a red carpet. Check in there and a host will assist you.
What happens at Essigfabrik as a VIP+ guest?
A host will welcome you, guide you to the changing area or VIP zone behind the DJ, and take care of your coat check. You’ll receive a welcome drink. Your host is available throughout the night for any questions or requests (you can also contact the Information Hut or any staff member). When you’re ready to leave, your host will provide your goodie bag, return your belongings, escort you to checkout, and—if needed—help arrange transport.
What’s typically inside a VIP+ goodie bag?
You’ll receive a box with all included vouchers (e.g., access vouchers for nurböse, Badehaus Babylon, and FFRED), plus premium items from partners. Examples may include boot jacks, sunglasses, leather wallets, leather care products, sneaker care, and more. Contents vary—expect surprises.

Is there a separate VIP entrance?
Yes. When you approach the entrance, the VIP entrance is on the far left for faster access.
Is there a separate VIP coat check?
Yes. After entering the venue area, go to the right—the VIP coat check is clearly signposted.
Is there a queue jump when leaving?
Yes. You’ll receive a VIP wristband on entry. Use it to access a dedicated checkout when leaving.

Do I get priority entry at Badehaus Babylon with the Double Ticket?
Badehaus Babylon will do their best to admit guests as quickly as possible, but during peak times there may still be waiting times. The Double Ticket does not include priority entry.
When can I use my Badehaus Babylon entry?
Your entry is valid from 3 July 2026 to 31 December 2026. Entry on Monday, 6 July 2026 is excluded.
